Refund policy

At Timeplus, we stand behind the quality of our Dog NMN supplements and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Unopened Products

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles unless:

• The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Leaking

• Defective

• Not the item you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide either:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund, depending on your preference.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your:

• Original method of payment,

• Typically within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened bottles (unless defective).

• Items returned after 30 days.
  

5. Return Shipping

• For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• For defective or incorrect items, Timeplus will cover the return or replacement shipping fee.

6. How to Request a Return

We will respond with instructions within 24–48 hours.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an unopened product, please contact us within 30 days. Exchanges follow the same rules as returns.
